All Not My Pink Signature Sets are made-to-order in limited runs. Your order is reserved the moment you check out and enters production immediately.
Please allow 3–6 weeks for production and dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Transit time is additional (3–5 business days domestic, 7–21 business days international).
Pre-ordering early guarantees your piece before the run sells out.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please consult our Size Chart Guide before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
Exchanges are available only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or there is an error in fulfillment. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and initiate the exchange process promptly.
After your made-to-order piece completes production (3–6 weeks), it is dispatched within 1–2 business days. Domestic shipping (US) then takes 3–5 business days, and international shipping takes 7–21 business days depending on destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
If a refund is approved under qualifying circumstances, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to fully process back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
